BIC TURNTABLES

CLICK ON IMAGE FOR A LARGER VIEW. BIC 980 WALNUT FULLY RESTORED WITH VINTAGE EMPIRE 2000 III E CARTRIDGE WOW Lets take a break from politics. BIC TT's have been a passion of mine since my first one in 1977. I'm currently working on a 960 and a little 920. BIC TT's are different in the since they're belt driven spindle drop player. These players are getting tuffer to restore for parts are rare and costly. For 30+ years the players have been trashed and tossed or sold to those collecting. Finding any vintage stereo equipment in basements, attics, garages, and so forth is about over. People like me, just sitting on them have a plan. That's right, these players are not for sale, but might be in 20 years. BIC also made a great line of cassette players, and yes I'm restoreing a T-1, T-2, and T-05. I hope to find the pinnacle T-4 which sold for $700 in 1977. Also I'm looking for a BIC 918 turntable. In my opinion the 918 was the best made by BIC. PLEASE LOOK DOWN THE BLOG AT MORE PICTURES
