THE NEW BRANCHES OF LEGISLATION

I have said, it is not the Federal Government we need to fear, but big business and the judicial system is to be feared. This weeks Anna Nichol debacle points to how controlling judges can be.

The Government is not to be feared to the level that some would want you to think, although you should never let down your guard. The Feds are so closely watched, any indications they are over stepping their boundaries will lead to a enormous up rising from we the people. I know some are saying, look at the Patriot act. The majority is not alarmed or paranoid. This is another debate for another time. I see a more dangerous group. It is Judges, and Big Business.

The judge in the Anna Nichol circus opened my eyes. The family and Howard Stern have the right to the judicial system to help with a nasty decision. The judge cleverly inserted the baby into the equation. The child has nothing to do with the dead body. Since the baby has surfaced, the judge created empowerment. If you don’t agree you are being insensitive regarding the baby. This is no longer about helping the families decide. This is all about a controlling judge.

Appointed judges have the power to interpret the law the way they want, and will rule based on the situation and it’s benefit toward their agenda and ideology. The Bank of America is a good example. The decision from the courts is not about protecting the Constitution. It will be how the courts can enable the Bank of America get around the law. It is obvious the courts will rule and misinterpret the laws that are in effect. The 9th Circuit Court is a perfect illustration. Again, big business and the courts working together can accomplish changing the laws without help from our legislative branches. Big business have no fear in breaking the laws, knowing the courts will bale them out. Judges have no fear because they will never have to answer to we the people. Here is where the public needs to worry about the government. Even the lawmakers are afraid of the big business judges.

Big business holds the key of life to the USA. They can cripple the economy, bringing the greatest nation in the world to its knees. With the help of the judicial system no one can stop them in their quest to rule and control.
